"choko and sakazuki" 0022 Bizen ware　Japanese porcelain Sake set

Bizen ware is the oldest pottery in the "Six Ancient Kilns of Japan".
It is an extremely simple pottery that is baked as it is, without any painting or glaze, after being shaped and dried one by one with high quality ceramic clay.
It is fired at a high temperature of 1200 to 1300 degrees Celsius, and patterns are created by the nature of the soil, how it is packed in the kiln, changes in the temperature of the kiln, and ash and charcoal during firing.
The pattern cannot be artificially created.
It is an art of fire that does not have the same color and pattern as one.
The art created by this nature is tasty and very attractive.
The more you use it, the more it tastes.
